As our front desk executive, you’ll play a key role in creating a professional and efficient office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Front-desk reception and visitor management
- Operating the switchboard and handling calls
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Performing basic administrative tasks
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming presentation
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Experience in similar fields for at least two years
