Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and business-minded Front Office Administrator to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and comfortable working with computers while handling clients and office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle basic inquiries
- Manage office documents, files, and records
- Perform basic computer tasks (emails, typing, data entry, printing)
- Support daily administrative and secretarial activities
- Assist management with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
