Job Summary
The Luxury Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing front office and guest service operations within a luxury residential, hotel, or premium corporate environment. The role ensures exceptional service delivery, effective team coordination, and professional handling of resident and guest interactions while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office and guest service operations.
- Ensure exceptional service experiences for residents, guests, and visitors.
- Lead, guide, and support front-of-house hospitality team members.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and sensitive situations professionally.
- Monitor front office procedures and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Manage guest information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident identities, schedules, and private matters.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage front office activities and records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance improvement activities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3+ years of front office, guest services, or concierge leadership experience in a four-star hotel, luxury high-rise, or premium corporate complex.
- Advanced proficiency with property management systems (PMS software).
- Flawless verbal and written English communication skills suitable for high-profile and high-net-worth residents.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a front-of-house hospitality team.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and non-disclosure protocols.
Work Schedule
- 8-hour office hours.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekends.

Addis Ababa, Bole Area.
