Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a fundraising officer at the RPC office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for communicating with donors, managing philanthropic initiatives, coordinating with charities, utilizing strong organizational skills, and writing compelling fundraising proposals.
Qualifications
- BA in Sociology and Social study-related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Have experience working on social media
- Strong communication skills in writing sand peaking in English
- Experience in philanthropy and working with charities
- Excellent organization skills
- Proficient in writing fundraising proposals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in fundraising and donor relations
