Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Accountant Head to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, particularly within manufacturing and import-export sectors, and be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Coordinate and lead external audits.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing and/or import-export environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
