Qualifications

• Educational Requirement: Diploma in Building Construction or related field from a recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in building construction projects.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and site operations
• Ability to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities effectively
• Experience in managing labor force, subcontractors, and site resources
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project standards
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and construction regulations
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced site environments
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Good organizational and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor labor productivity and proper utilization of materials and equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Inspect ongoing works and maintain construction quality standards
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates
• Resolve on-site operational issues and support project completion targets
