On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company, we are seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations to oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization. This role requires strong expertise in finance, accounting, and operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise the finance operations team.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, controls, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls to ensure business sustainability.
- Provide accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and board decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory audits.
- Partner with production and operations teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Implement financial systems and tools that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial planning and investment decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certification is preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, and reporting in a manufacturing setup.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems.
