JOB SUMMARY

Manage physical property conditions, which include maintenance detail records, ensure security and coordinate repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and other equipment, while complying with company policy and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement to establish an organized and updated information about company physical properties of the company.
  • Make continuous assessment of properties to arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be carried out in the office.
  • Liaise with General Service and others to ensure maintenance and upkeep of properties, office buildings, facilities and equipment. 
  • Design procedures for incoming and outgoing properties to protect them from misuse, damage or theft.
  • Closely supervise and ensure the security and safeguarding of properties from theft, robbery,  illegal acts and fire.
  • Liaise and assist the inventory management team to conduct an inventory of properties to keep track of assets.
  • Coordinate with the finance and inventory teams to assign tag numbers for each fixed asset for the purpose of identification.
  • Investigate missing and stolen property to locate those missing properties and take action as appropriate.
  • Maintain physical inventory records

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:

  • Diploma or BA Degree in Accounting, Supply and Procurement Mgt, or related field

Work Experience:

  • 6 years for Diploma, and 2 years for BA Degree graduate in a relevant role, Work experience in food Manufacturing is advantageous

Required Competence

  • Computer and database skills
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory and supply management
  • Computer skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency
