Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our team and lead key people and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and overall office administration to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations and administration activities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Oversee performance management and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Supervise office administration, facilities, and support services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive HR experience
