Job Summary
The ICT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all IT systems and infrastructure finishing work of the hotel. This includes ensuring the proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the installation and integration of all ICT systems during the finishing phase of the hotel construction.
- Ensuring all ICT work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to project specifications, relevant codes and regulations, and industry best practices.
- Reviewing contractor’s shop drawings, schedules, and work plans related to ICT.
- Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship for ICT.
- Coordinating with other construction supervisors and contractors to ensure seamless integration of ICT systems with other building systems.
- Preparing and maintaining records of all ICT-related activities, including progress reports, change orders, and inspection reports.
Job Requirement
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in ICT systems and infrastructure or a related role.
Key Skills
- Proven experience in construction supervision, particularly in the finishing phase of a project.
- Strong understanding of ICT systems, including network infrastructure, security systems, audio-visual systems, and building automation.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., building codes, safety regulations).
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality project is a plus.
- Experience with relevant international standards and best practices related to ICT in the hospitality sector is desirable.
