Minimum Qualification:-
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Marketing Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management Information System and related fields.
- 0 years of experience.
- GPA: above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam
- Year of Graduation: 2022 and later
- Age: not more than 25 years
- Able to commit to an internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in the Addis Ababa branches of the bank with little supervision
- Willingness to sign the internship program agreement
- Having certification of training related to customer service, business intelligence, etc is advantageous
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
