Minimum Qualification:-

• BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Marketing Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management Information System and related fields.
• 0 years of experience.
• GPA: above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam
• Year of Graduation: 2022 and later
• Age: not more than 25 years
• Able to commit to an internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in the Addis Ababa branches of the bank with little supervision
• Willingness to sign the internship program agreement
• Having certification of training related to customer service, business intelligence, etc is advantageous
• Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
