Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Processing orders, forms, and requests.
- Maintaining customer records and updating the database.

Qualification
- Educational Background: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing or Sales is required.
- Academic Performance: Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
