Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to grow within a dynamic trading company.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Processing orders, forms, and requests.
- Maintaining customer records and updating the database.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
Qualification
- Educational Background: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing or Sales is required.
- Academic Performance: Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and social skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
