Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialized clinical environment and contribute to advancing eye health care in Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Support ophthalmology procedures and treatments with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Educate and assist patients with pre- and post-treatment care.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient clinical environment.
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting (experience in ophthalmology is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient-care focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
