Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, mature, and well-organized Receptionist with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a stable and long-term role in a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Manage appointments and maintain office schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calm reception area
- Provide administrative support to the team when required
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
