Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or relevant certifications).
- Required Skills: 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role, basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and security principles, strong problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Responsibilities: Provide IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with project tasks.
