Junior Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under operational procedures and maintain production standards.
• Willingness and flexibility to work shifts when required.

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Assist in machine setup, adjustment, and preparation before production activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and report machine malfunctions or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and production work areas.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams when necessary.
• Record production data, machine performance, and operational activities accurately.
• Ensure products meet quality requirements and company specifications.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and comply with company operational policies.
• Assist senior operators and supervisors in improving production processes and reducing downtime.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical and operational skills.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
