Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Communications/Public Relations/ Journalism and related fields plus, a minimum ten (10) years’ relevant experience with at least three (3) years’ at supervisory role.
- Masters in a related course (an added advantage).
- Professional Training on Marketing Management (added advantage)
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible to plan, organize, and direct events, communication and corporate social responsibility activities of the Bank. S/he studies and carries out public relation tasks to improve public awareness and understanding of the Bank; upon approval from the supervisor, prepares and releases various newsworthy information regarding Bank’s services. The jobholder builds the corporate image to maintain a reputation of quality service and to promote trust and establish confidence with customers and employee. S/he coordinate press conference and public interviews, handles unfavorable news, reports, rumors, stories and events against the Bank.
