About the Job

Country Business Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager to lead its Millennium Duty Free operations at Skylight Hotel and Bole International Airport. The role oversees the full business performance, including sales, operations, team leadership, and supplier relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and performance of duty-free outlets.
• Drive sales growth and ensure profitability.
• Lead and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee product selection, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with customs and airport regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on finance, procurement, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail or duty-free management (hospitality/travel retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales and operational goals.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.
