Outdoor Sales Representative (Female Candidates Only)

Job Overview

On behalf of our foreign client engaged in imported goods, we are looking for a confident and dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Building strong customer relationships
• Promoting products
• Achieving sales targets through direct, on-field engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell the company’s imported products to retailers and wholesalers in Merkato and surrounding areas.
• Maintain and expand customer relationships by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
• Identify new sales opportunities and report market trends and competitor activities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image at all times.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing or related field; Diploma with a minimum of 2 years experience in outdoor sales is acceptable.
• Gender: Female (required)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in outdoor or field sales.
• Language: Strong communication skills in English and Amharic (both speaking and writing).
• Presentation: Must have a well-groomed and professional appearance, with confident interpersonal and presentation skills.
