Job Summary

Develop the penetration and wine consumption frequency through product experimentation and brand communication. Grow the 3 brands of the winery (ACACIA, RIFT VALLEY, CUVEE PRESTIGE) awareness for quality wines made in Ethiopia from the Batu Terror.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing an annual brand impactful communication plan made of product experimentation, Point of Sales visibility and digital communication
  • 2Lead the wine experimentation process by defining and executing tasting programs either specifically organized by CW or riding on events organized by 3r Party
  • Lead the digital communication plan through own platfrom and influencers by monitoring the content creation and the content positing and boosting
  • Tracking the brand health, consumption pattern and comeptition activity through research (BHT), exploit research insights to improve the brand and product acceptance and penetration
  • Lead the consumer insights process through research to develop proper understanding of the consumer expectations and preference for wine and fuel with it the brand communciation and product development
  • Support the product innovation process by providing consumer insights and monitoring ah doc market research
  • Ensure the proper use of the resources allocated to the brand plans and make sure to get value for the buck (control mechansism, impactful message and communication support, post campaign evaluation, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Genuine attentiveness in communication, ensuring clear understanding and effective collaboration.
  • A natural inclination to explore complex issues deeply, seeking to understand root causes and underlying dynamics.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
  • A personable and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Skilled at aligning and motivating teams to drive strategy execution and project delivery.
  • At minimum, a regular consumer with an appreciation for the product
  • genuine enthusiasm for wine and the wine industry is considered a strong asset

Education

  • BA or MBA in Marketing or Business Management

Experience

  • At least 5 years successful experience as Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in Branded FMCG business, with experience in field activation, digital communication and consumer market research

Language
