Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead the Marketing Department of Excel Consultancy, overseeing the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand, attract clients, and support business growth. The role involves supervising the marketing team, managing campaigns, coordinating client projects, and ensuring all marketing activities align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and annual budgets.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Lead brand development and ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and creativity.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, media, and key partners.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and present insights to management.
- Plan and manage events, product launches, and community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the consultancy unit to design marketing solutions for client projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ progressive experience in marketing management or related roles.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, brand management, and client coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Amharic fluency required.
