We are looking to hire an Office Assistant & Cashier who will support daily office operations, handle cash transactions, and assist management with administrative tasks. Candidates with prior experience in finance, administration, or office management are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions and basic cashier duties
- Record payments, expenses, and maintain simple financial records
- Support office management with administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist management with documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Manage office files, supplies, and general office organization
- Coordinate with other staff for smooth office operations
- Perform additional assistant duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- 0–3 years of work experience
- Experience in Secretary with full office work is preferable
- Basic knowledge of accounting and office procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Computer keyboard typing Skills both in English and Amharic
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under supervision
Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary: 12,000 ETB net
