Position Summary
The Office Assistant will support daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Support filing and document handling
- Assist with photocopying, printing, and scanning
- Prepare tea/coffee and meals during meetings and breaks
- Support basic logistics and office errands
- Ensure office supplies are organized
Operational Duties
- Work assigned shifts, including evenings or weekends when required
- Perform additional duties assigned by the organization in line with CADIR project needs
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day (Saturday only when work is required)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum completion of Grade 10 (Higher qualification is an advantage)
- Previous experience in office support is preferred
- Honest, respectful, and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
