Job Objectives
To perform maintenance & repair activities for office equipment; prepares specification and participate in evaluation & inspection of Office equipment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Install, assemble and test new office equipment.
- Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance and service for office automatons.
- Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections.
- Utilize a variety of maintenance instruments and hand tools to perform job functions.
- Complete repairs and parts replacements.
- Repair, install, adjust or maintain office equipment.
- Proper handling of tools and working materials.
- Maintain written record of work performed.
- Work in collaboration with other Enterprise Service teams and share experience.
- Guide and support Junior Technicians in the process of maintenance, inspection and other activities.
- Participate in standardization, specifications preparation, evaluation and inspection of Office equipment.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the senior office equipment technician.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- Education: Diploma or TVET Level IV in Computer Science, Electricity, Electronics or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Experience in banking industry is advantageous.
