Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operational activities. The role ensures smooth production of our plant-based products, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. The Operations Manager will coordinate across departments, monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and drive efficiency while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production planning, workflow optimization, and inventory management for plant-based products
- Supervise and mentor the operations team to ensure efficiency and high performance
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities, including R&D, procurement, and sales, to support seamless operations
- Implement quality control systems to meet internal standards and EFDA compliance
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous process improvements
- Develop and enforce cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, production, or supply chain management in the food and beverage sector
- Strong expertise in operational efficiency, process optimization, and production management
- Proven ability in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain logistics
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
- Experience in cost control, process improvement, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of food safety, EFDA regulations, and compliance standards
- Relevant technical or managerial degree or equivalent professional experience
