Client Relations Officer (Female Candidate ONLY)

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and proactive Client Relations Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 1+ year of relevant experience and excellent command of English (spoken and written).

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Address and resolve client complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Customer Service, or related field.
• Minimum of 1+ year experience in client service, customer service, or related role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
