Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Client Relations Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 1+ year of relevant experience and excellent command of English (spoken and written).
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Address and resolve client complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Customer Service, or related field.
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in client service, customer service, or related role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
