The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Day-to-Day FunctionsExercise full oversight of daily operations, ensuring personnel, resources, and workflows are coordinated efficiently and effectively.
- Optimize and Streamline ProcessesEvaluate operational inefficiencies, refine underperforming systems, and implement scalable processes that align with organizational growth objectives.
- Keep Everyone Accountable: Create a culture of accountability and high performance by setting clear expectations and holding the team to them.
- Provide Leadership: Be the leader that others can rely on. You’ll set the tone, enforce standards, and make sure things are moving forward with intention and discipline.

Qualifications
- Education: Degree in a related field is nice to have but not mandatory or even necessary.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are accepted, if you show the necessary traits or potential for the role. If you lack a degree but have 1-3 years experience (employment or strong internship experience) in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suite, Trello. Data analysis tools is a plus.
