Job Summary

To oversee and optimize the daily operations of parking facilities across multiple sites, ensuring efficient traffic flow, customer satisfaction, revenue integrity, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Department: Operations / Facilities Management

Reports To: COO(Chief Operating Officer)

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Supervise day-to-day parking operations including entry/exit systems, payment processing, and traffic flow.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment (barriers, ticketing machines, surveillance).
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for parking attendants and security personnel.

Financial Oversight

  • Track revenue collection, reconcile daily reports, and prevent leakage.
  • Prepare monthly operational and financial performance reports.
  • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Staff Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage parking staff across locations.
  • Schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and safety drills.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Maintain signage, cleanliness, and accessibility standards.
  • Introduce customer-friendly technologies e.g., mobile payments, loyalty programs.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to local parking regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Conduct routine audits and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with security and emergency services when needed.

Strategic Development

  • Analyze usage patterns and recommend capacity improvements.
  • Support integration of smart parking systems and automation.
  • Liaise with property management and external vendors for upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BA- Business, Logistics, Facility, MIS…….
  • Experience Minimum 5 years in parking operations, Logistics & Distribution, or facility management, …with 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Technical: Familiarity with parking management system, access control systems, LPR, digital payment systems…..advantageous
  • Leadership: Strong team management, conflict resolution, customer handling and training capabilities
  • Analytical: Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engagement of stakeholders….
