Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our systems. The ideal candidate should be organized, fast, and attentive to detail, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy before input and correct errors when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
- Generate periodic data reports as requested.
- Support administrative tasks related to data management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
