GeezJobs is seeking a skilled and business-minded Employee Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for our client companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting effective training sessions that improve employee performance and align with each client’s business goals.
This role focuses entirely on training employees of our client organizations, helping them enhance workplace productivity, teamwork, and skill development through structured, engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized training programs based on each client’s needs and workforce goals.
- Design detailed course outlines, lesson plans, and supporting training materials.
- Conduct interactive, practical, and engaging in-person or virtual training sessions.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and post-training evaluations.
- Collaborate with GeezJobs’ client service team to understand client objectives and desired outcomes.
- Stay up to date with business trends and integrate relevant methods into training content.
- Prepare and submit post-training reports highlighting participant performance and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in employee training, learning & development, or consulting.
- Strong ability to write and deliver clear, results-oriented training programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Solid business understanding with the ability to relate training content to real workplace needs.
- Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with online training tools is a plus.
Note: This is a part-time, project-based position. Trainers will be assigned to specific client projects, and payment will be made per completed training assignment. Project availability may vary — some days may have sessions scheduled, while others may not.
