In this role, you will not only find and connect with travel agents, but also promote our services, follow up regularly, and help the business grow. You will coordinate with the founder, track leads, manage partnerships, and support marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working in a growing startup environment.

Working Days/Hours

Must be at the office at 8:00 AM, will have some meetings with the CEO in the morning, will have a to-do list, and location sometimes depends on the day. Some say you may have to leave the office to talk to a client. You are not only a manager of the brand but also a sales representative. It is technically a full-time job as in constantly on the phone.

Requirement

Must have own working laptop, smartphone with mobile data, and notebook.

Salary

20,000 a month + commission per partnership signed (will discuss as time goes). Brand Manager and Sales Manager must be a well-rounded person that has sales skills, small finance skills, and overall good management skills.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing partnerships with travel agents
  • Managing the brand image across social media platforms
  • Ensuring that payments are processed and sent properly
  • Supporting cross-company activities related to e-commerce and digital marketing

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys a mix of sales, brand management, and operational responsibilities in a growing startup environment.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organized, good planner, attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in travel sales or e-commerce partnerships
  • Familiarity with Expedia or online booking platforms
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and influencer collaborations
  • Previous experience in startups or remote work environments
