Mekhil Empowerment and Training Center is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our 3-month SME Training Project. We invite competent applicants for the Project Coordinator/Assistant position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the SME training project.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support training design, deploying and reporting
  • Handle project budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with trainers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project documents, progress reports, and meeting notes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and follow-up of all project activities.
  • Identify challenges and report them proactively to management.

Contract Type:

  • Project-based (3 months)

Location:

  • Addis Ababa

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project assistance.
  • Experience handling project budgets and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in SME-related projects or training programs is an added advantage.
