Mekhil Empowerment and Training Center is seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our 3-month SME Training Project. We invite competent applicants for the Project Coordinator/Assistant position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the SME training project.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support training design, deploying and reporting
- Handle project budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with trainers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project documents, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Ensure smooth coordination and follow-up of all project activities.
- Identify challenges and report them proactively to management.

- Project-based (3 months)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project assistance.
- Experience handling project budgets and reporting.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in SME-related projects or training programs is an added advantage.
