Job Summary:
We are seeking a female Stock Officer with at least one year of experience in stocks, inventory and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, overseeing inventory movements, and ensuring efficient use of the CNET stock management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and update all incoming and outgoing stock using CNET software.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or surpluses.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock receipts, transfers, and issues.
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with purchasing and finance departments to verify stock data.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized stockroom at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in stock/inventory management.
- Proficient in CNET inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
