Overview of the Position
Overview of the Consultancy assignment
Working hours: Full-time (minimum 40hr per week)
Duration: 17 months (annual contract, renewable based on performance assessment)
Starting date: 15 May 2025Salary/benefits: Negotiable within salary framework of the project
Duty station- Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to Regional States
Qualifications:
Applicants shall demonstrate that they fulfill the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as peace and conflict studies, gender studies, political science, or similar/equivalent profession/s;
- At least eight (8) year’s relevant work experience with a focus on multi-track dialogue processes; conflict transformation and gender sensitivity;
- Experience with donor support capacity-building or process design are a plus;
- Strong and diverse networking with Ethiopian stakeholders (national and regional) including high-level contacts and interactions;
- Excellent knowledge of the Ethiopian context and dynamics;
- Strong organizational, management and communication skills;
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in Amharic and English;
