Our recruitment team, on behalf of our client, a well-known and reputable construction company, is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Operations Head (administration). This role is crucial in managing the administrative functions of building construction projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, budgets, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of project progress.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project budgets, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Identify administrative challenges, propose improvements, and optimize processes for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors in Civil Engineering, COTM or Management or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in building construction.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- In-depth knowledge of project planning, administrative processes, and regulatory compliance.
