Job Summary
The Purchase Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities to support company operations. The role requires strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase raw materials, spare parts, and supplies as per company needs.
- Evaluate vendors and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality.
- Track and manage purchase orders from request to delivery.
- Coordinate with the production, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and timelines.
Qualifications
- Education background in Textile, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Purchase Department.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment.
