- ከአቅራቢዎች ጋር ዋጋና የክፍያ ውሎችን መደራደር የምትችል ።
- ትክክለኛ የግዢ መዝገቦችንና ሰነዶችን መያዝ የምትችል ።
- መስሪያ ቦታ ውስጥ ያሉትን የቁሳቁስ እና የአገልግሎት ፍላጎቶች ለመረዳት መተባበርየምትችል ።
- የእቃ ክምችት ደረጃዎችን ዝርዝር መከታተል እና የተሟላ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ የምትችል ።
- ከአቅራቢዎች ጋር ጠንካራ የግንኙነት መስመሮችን ማቋቋምና ማጠናክር የምትችል ።
- የግዢ ሂደቶች ሁሉ ከድርጅቱ ፖሊሲና መመሪያዎች ጋር የሚጣጣሙ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጥ የምትችል ።
መመዘኛ መስፈርቶች፡
- በግዥ፣ በንግድ አስተዳደር፣ በሂሳብ አያያዝ ወይም ተዛማጅ መስክ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ያላት ።
- ቢያንስ 2 ዓመት የስራ ልምድ ያላት ።
- በማስታወቂያ ወይም በፈጠራ ኤጀንሲ ውስጥ ልምድ ያላት ይመረጣል።
- ጠንካራ የውይይት፣ የመግባባትና ተንትኖ የማስረዳት ክህሎት ያላት ።
- በአካባቢው ስለሚገኙ አቅራቢዎችንና የገበያ አውታሮችን ጥሩ እውቀት ያላት ።
- የተደራጀ፣ አስተማማኝ እና ጫና ውስጥ ብዙ ስራዎችን የመስራት ችሎታ ያላት ።
- በMicrosoft Office (በተለይ Excel) እና በመሰረታዊ የግዢ ስርዓቶች ላይ ብቃት ያላት ።
