Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson. The position is responsible for conducting sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively support property sales activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities for residential and mixed-use real estate properties.
- Identify and generate potential client leads through different sales channels.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property solutions.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and support the closing of sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and market conditions.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Experience and Compensation
- Fresh Graduate: 9,500 + 3% Commission
- Intermediate / 1 Year Experience: 13,500 + 3% Commission
- Senior Sales / 2 Years Experience: 18,500 + 3% Commission
