Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist and Cashier to join our technology company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handle cash transactions, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order new supplies as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any business fields (accounting, finance, management, economics).
  • 0-1 year of experience in a receptionist, cashier, or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, and phone systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
