Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules for driving instructors and students.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from potential and current students.
- Maintain student records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Assist with the coordination of driving tests and lessons.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Process payments and maintain financial records.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and visitors.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience; experience in an administrative or secretarial role is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.
- Knowledge of the driving education industry is a plus.
