Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules for driving instructors and students.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from potential and current students.
  • Maintain student records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Assist with the coordination of driving tests and lessons.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Process payments and maintain financial records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and visitors.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • 0-2 years of experience; experience in an administrative or secretarial role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.
  • Knowledge of the driving education industry is a plus.
