Job Summary
Our client, a reputable eye clinic, is looking for professional, welcoming, and well-organized female receptionists with up to 2 years of experience—preferably in a health center or medical facility. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong customer service attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff for smooth workflow.
- Keep records, files, and patient information properly organized.
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing communications.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Maximum 2 years of experience as a receptionist (health center experience preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Good computer skills (basic MS Office preferred).
- Customer service–oriented, polite, and presentable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Lives around Gurd Shola or Wollo Sefer is an added advantage.
