Receptionist (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary

Our client, a reputable eye clinic, is looking for professional, welcoming, and well-organized female receptionists with up to 2 years of experience—preferably in a health center or medical facility. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong customer service attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional manner.
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about services.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff for smooth workflow.
• Keep records, files, and patient information properly organized.
• Manage daily incoming and outgoing communications.

Requirements 

• Female candidates only.
• Maximum 2 years of experience as a receptionist (health center experience preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Good computer skills (basic MS Office preferred).
• Customer service–oriented, polite, and presentable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lives around Gurd Shola or Wollo Sefer is an added advantage.
