Company Overview

Kegna Beverages Share Company is under formation and aims to engage in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia, which is currently untapped yet fast-growing.

The company was officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. The promoter committee has been actively working on the formal establishment of Kegna Beverages.

Kegna Beverages was officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center, attended by various stakeholders including government officials and investors.

Our vision is to aspire to become one of the leading beverage companies in Ethiopia and beyond by 2040.

Role Description

The receptionist is responsible for managing all issues related to visitors, telephone, and mail messages.

Reports To:

HR Officer (HR service)

Responsibilities

  1. Receives visitors in a polite manner and directs them to the relevant staff.
  2. Ensures that unwanted or unauthorized visitors do not enter the office.
  3. Manages incoming and outgoing letters properly.
  4. Registers and distributes all incoming letters accurately.
  5. Supports administrative routines of the People Management Department.
  6. Screens and transmits telephone calls to respective staff members.
  7. Takes telephone messages in the absence of staff members and ensures timely transmission.
  8. Assists staff and visitors in making international calls, registering the number called and purpose.
  9. Checks telephone bills and forwards them to administration for verification and payment approval.
  10. Maintains a quiet, neat, and professional reception area.
  11. Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education

  • BA in Office Management, Management, or related fields of study.

Experience

  • 2 years of experience.

  • Computer literate, especially in business applications
