Job Requirement
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or other related fields of study.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience. Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Welcome and attend to internal and external clients courteously.
- Ensure timely and efficient service during meetings and office visits.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct visitors appropriately.
- Coordinate access and maintain smooth front desk operations.
- Track stock levels of office consumables and report shortages promptly.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of consumable items.
- Keep reception and service areas organized and aligned with company standards.
- Prepare and dispatch materials for external events and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
