Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer to lead on-site /physical and Hybrid training sessions in a basic level Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience and certification in these areas, with a strong desire to help learners develop practical skills for the digital world. This is a contractual, on-site role that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging, informative, and practical training sessions for learners in the areas of Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation.
- Curriculum Delivery: Follow established curriculum guidelines, ensuring that content is aligned with learners’ goals and objectives. Tailor lessons to meet the needs of learners.
- Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning sessions to give learners practical experience using digital tools and technologies.
- Assessment: Evaluate learners’ progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Adapt teaching methods as needed to support various learning styles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and the training coordinator to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain records of training attendance, progress, and feedback. Report on learner outcomes and contribute to the development of training materials.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation.
- Certification: certification in Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, or Content Creation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree /master's degree (BA/MA) in a relevant field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the relevant fields.
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit the diverse needs of learners.
- Proficient in digital tools used in marketing, photography, videography, and content creation.
- Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
