Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer to lead on-site /physical and Hybrid training sessions in a basic level Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience and certification in these areas, with a strong desire to help learners develop practical skills for the digital world. This is a contractual, on-site role that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging, informative, and practical training sessions for learners in the areas of Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation.
  2. Curriculum Delivery: Follow established curriculum guidelines, ensuring that content is aligned with learners’ goals and objectives. Tailor lessons to meet the needs of learners.
  3. Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning sessions to give learners practical experience using digital tools and technologies.
  4. Assessment: Evaluate learners’ progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Adapt teaching methods as needed to support various learning styles.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and the training coordinator to enhance the overall learning experience.
  6. Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain records of training attendance, progress, and feedback. Report on learner outcomes and contribute to the development of training materials.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, and Content Creation.
  2. Certification: certification in Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, or Content Creation.
  3. Education: Bachelor’s degree /master's degree (BA/MA) in a relevant field.

Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the relevant fields.
  3. Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit the diverse needs of learners.
  4. Proficient in digital tools used in marketing, photography, videography, and content creation.
  5. Ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
