Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company’s market presence through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports
• Coordinate with production and finance teams to ensure timely service delivery and payment collection
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience (experience in printing, advertising, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English and Amharic
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools
