Job Summary:
BERHAN Pharma PLC is looking for four experienced Sales Representatives specializing in medical equipment sales, particularly in CBC analyzers, chemistry analyzers, and other diagnostic devices. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in selling laboratory and medical devices with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell CBC analyzers, chemistry analyzers, and other medical equipment to healthcare facilities, laboratories, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, especially CBC and chemistry analyzers.
- Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory devices, diagnostic machines, and medical equipment sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
