Job Summary
The SAP Technical Support Officer is responsible for providing technical support across SAP systems, ensuring stable system operations and effective business process execution. The role involves application configuration, incident resolution, system administration in development (DEV) and quality assurance (QA) environments, and impact analysis for system changes.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology or any other equivalent field.
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
