Job Summary
The Luxury Residential Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of residents, guests, and property assets within luxury residential buildings, high-end resorts, or corporate facilities. The role requires strong vigilance, professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a high standard of security service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain security within luxury residential properties and assigned areas.
- Provide a professional and welcoming security presence for residents, guests, and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and prevent security risks.
- Monitor access control systems and verify authorized entry of residents, visitors, and service providers.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, security logs, and daily activity records.
- Communicate professionally with residents, management, and emergency response teams when required.
- Follow all security procedures, company policies, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in luxury high-rise security, four-five star resorts, high-end corporate complexes, or similar environments.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive 10-year federal/state criminal background check and pre-employment 10-panel drug screening.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate incident logs and communicate professionally with residents and management.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain highly alert during continuous 8-to-12 hour shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Work Schedule
- 12-hour shifts.
- Overnight availability required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
