Main Roles and Responsibilities
The following are key responsibilities (not limited to):
- Understand clients’ needs and determine whether a business can meet those needs.
- Oversee a team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the client’s standards.
- Communicate with clients and gather information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Meet with senior management to discuss clients’ project goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Develop budgets and timelines for clients and Zeleman.
- Coordinate teams to meet project milestones.
- Setup new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals.
Qualification and Required Skills
The following qualifications are required:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related function.
- Education: BA and MA graduate in a related field.
- Communication: Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Presentation: Proven presentation and negotiating skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Leadership: People leadership skills.
- Time Management: Proven time management skills.
- Language: English language skills, written and spoken, are mandatory.
