Qualification
- Minimum of BA degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles
- NGO/CSO sector experience in Ethiopia strongly preferred
Must demonstrate:
- Comprehensive understanding of financial procedures specific to NGOs/CSOs
- Proven ability to manage accounting systems and donor reporting.
- Experience with fund accounting and compliance requirements of the Ethiopian government.
